Processing

Our control teams monitor and check carefully all our production processes constantly (up to 8 times every day).

Our biggest ally, the cold: all our products are kept at a strictly controlled, constant temperature during processing, storage, and shipment

Quick freezing

Very often the temperature has to be lowered very, very rapidly in order to guarantee the preservation of the flavour, aroma and nutritional properties: we have the benefit of cutting edge equipment to do this.
